Gripe of the Week: What's Wrong With This Picture?

Since Sprint decided to end its Ambassador Program, I no longer receive free cell phones to review :-(

As a direct result, I recently had to purchase for my 12 year-old son a new handset and add him to our AT&T family plan. We now have three Samsung handsets in the family and they all seem to work reasonably well. So what's wrong with the below picture?

What's wrong is Samsung in all of their infinite wisdom decided to use three different power connectors for the handsets. Which means carrying three AC adapters, three car chargers, cables, etc. Why is it so difficult for handset manufacturers to standardize on one connector like mini-USB? Arrrghhh!
