M:Metrics Set to Raise $7 million

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer writes a nice little profile on mobile market research firm, M:Metrics, which will announce it has raised $7 million in venture funding. It's an interesting read on how the company differentiates itself from the competition and the companies using its services.

Seamus McAteer posts more about the funding on the M:Metrics Blog. McAteer writes that:

The cash will be used to expand our products and methodologies to provide more granular data and to target new constituencies. We have begun establishing a presence outside the U.S. and expect to begin offering data from other regions in short order.
