Following the announcement that Intel, Motorola, Nokia and TI are forming the Mobile DTV Alliance, the story gets picked up at the NewsFactor Network. Lewis Ward at IDC noted "consumers have been intrigued by expanding their mobile-phone capabilities" and said, "The growth of the ringtone market alone tells us how people feel about their mobile devices. Services have grown up around offering more for the mobile audience."
